Shipping


The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be our primary shipping method. You shouldn't have to wait to receive your Jewels; therefore we are committed to processing and shipping them within 24 hours of the receipt of your order. 

Our shipping and handling terms are the following:

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES (Including Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories)

$6.00 FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING  -- Once your Jewel ships, Priority Mail will take 2-3 business days to arrive.  Deliveries will occur Monday thru Saturday. This method will provide an e-mail confirmation and tracking number when your order ships.

SHIPPING TO CANADA & MEXICO

$12.95 FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING (4 lb. Maximum) -- Once your order ships, Priority Mail will take 2-3 business days to arrive.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. Tracking numbers are not available for this type of shipment.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY (Excluding Canada & Mexico)

$16.95 FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING (4 lb. Maximum) -- Once your order ships, International Priority Mail will take 3-8 business days to arrive. However, depending on the destination country and that country’s customs policies, your shipment may take longer. As well, based on your country’s custom policies, there may be an additional charge required when delivered. We are not responsible for shipment delays that are due to a country’s policies. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. Tracking numbers are not available for this type of shipment.

SHIPPING RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Delivery can be made to Post Office Boxes. 

  • We use the USPS “If it fits, it ships” method of shipment, therefore multiple purchases will be shipped together (up to the 4lb maximum). 

  • Upon order confirmation, items purchased with a credit or debit card will be billed immediately. 

  • We are sensitive to the fact you may require your order to be delivered more quickly for a special occasion. Overnight Shipping is available. Please contact us to arrange for this service. Your order must be placed by Noon Eastern Standard Time to receive your product the next business day.


Returns/Exchanges

Is your Jewel damaged or defective? We can’t have that!  

My Crowning Jewel takes great pride in our reputation for exquisite head wrap Jewels.

Below are our general guidelines. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unspoiled.

  • Returns must be in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging attached.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise receipt (USA only). Sorry we cannot accept international returns due to import/export shipping constraints.

  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number, please click here to request one by e-mail: Customer Returns Email

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, the items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through UPS or U.S. Post Office and registered at your expense. All merchandise will be inspected to make sure it is free from damage, alterations, or use. All returns must be in original packaging. We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages damaged by the shipping company.

You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses unless your return is due to the mistake of My Crowning Jewel, LLC.  Your refund will be electronically credited to the Card Holder's account used for the purchase.

Return Processing

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Again, original shipping charges are non-refundable,  unless the return is a result of damaged or defective items caused by My Crowning Jewel, LLC.

You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your credit card company may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. However, you can definitely expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

Exchanges will be processed in the same manner as returns.

2. Do your Jewels fit all head sizes?

In most cases, yes. Check the product descriptions for exact dimensions.

3. What makes your Night Jewels unique?

For women who wrap their hair at night, you no longer have to settle for hideous head wraps and bonnets that don't even stay on; or be embarrassed to be seen in your head wrap. Our Night Jewels stay on while you sleep, and they keep you and your hairstyle looking beautiful!

4. Where are your Jewels manufactured?

Our Jewels are manufactured in the USA. This allows us better control over our quality standards and this decision is in line with our determination to contribute to our national economy.

5. What is the best way to care for my Jewel?

Please refer to the care instructions on the reverse side of the Jewel care label, and the information on the product page.

6. Where else can I buy a Jewel?

At present you can only purchase a Jewel on our website.  Keep in touch via Facebook and Twitter to stay informed about any events where we may participate as a vendor.

7. How can I create a customer account?

Customer accounts are created at checkout immediately after you've placed your order.  You will be prompted to create a password and your shipping address will be saved.  

Your payment/credit card information will not be saved.
